  They provide a quick and thorough estimate. There’s a detailed listing of the work to be done. Work was done quickly and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home spotless. Would not hesitate to use again.

  I would not recommend Albert and Ellis Landscaping if you need tree work in a sensitive area with artificial turf or valuable landscaping. I hired Jay to remove a dead tree in my backyard. I had received quotes from other contractors who specifically guaranteed that they would not damage my turf. Jay did not offer a guarantee, but assured me that he would do his best to keep everything in good shape. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, about 600 square feet of my turf was damaged, which cost me around $5,000 to repair. I was also disappointed by how unprofessionally he handled our conversations, including using F words when speaking with me. Later, I realized that the contract protected him from liability for damage to the turf and other items in the backyard, so I had no practical legal recourse. Overall, if you care about protecting your backyard and other valuable features, I would recommend spending a little more and working with a contractor who stands behind their work and treats customers with respect.
