- EKElizabeth KroupaAug 30, 20191.0I have been a value customer and been renting from Aaron for yrs..I purchased a used bedroom set from Dale marby before they closed down and got stuck with my contact transfer to here ..my mattress got defect cause they didn't put the middle support beam and susposingly the mattress I had is disconnected so the rude store manager Pablo decided to downgrade me and bring me a basic one and tell me I got to pay extra to get something off equal value to my discount mattress and say it's his store and if I don't like it to bad ..he is very rude and shouldn't be in charge of customer service because he lacks them a real manager would go above and beyond to keep there customer satisfy knowing it wasn't the customer fault. Don't do business here cause your money and ur customer appreciation isn't respect....g They lack customer service skills and just in it to take our money
- AMAlma MartignettiJul 16, 20131.0This place has the potential. They are however, a bit overpriced, which I had no problem with until now. They have horrible horrible customer service. The sales reps are highly unorganized and fail to communicate with one another to provide the service it would take to satisfy their customers. Asking for help is not easy either they make you go every which way trying to get answers. I am extremely disappointed because my family and I have been loyal customers for years. I am sad to say I will be searching for a new furniture and electronics provider.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
