- PPPepper PottsApr 18, 20265.0Ms. Tyla I lack the words to describe or thank her. I called a few weeks ago with an inquiry that they couldn’t quite accommodate me with at the time. She did her best to help then. Today she called with an update. She is the sweetest person ever. She has a very pleasant and warm demeanor. The paper work was smooth, took less than 5 minutes. She walked me through the unit. We had a great conversation. She’s just amazing. The facility itself is wonderful. Clean, no odor, and the temperature is welled kept cool. The bathroom is clean. It’s quite easy to move stuff. I pull into the covered bay, grab a cart, and wheel my items straight to my unit. No heavy carrying long distance. Unlike going to my old storage place it doesn’t feel like a drag. There’s music playing over head and the facility is very well lit. They have tampered secured locks. I can spend hours in my unit reorganizing and not feel bored. I feel extremely safe going there by myself as a woman especially late at night. Keypad access is required for both entry to the building and to operate the elevator. Also there’s cameras everywhere. Overall great experience here.
