Manager Florin was very dismissive and wouldn't even look at the plywood I was trying to show him had delaminated. One of the outer layers were literally delaminating from the center layer on half of all of the sheets in that size and type in the entire store. Highly indicative of a bad glue up in manufacturing. He very clearly didn't want to even talk to me about it extremely rude. Never shopping at another Lowes home improvement ever again after the way he treated me. I will take my business elsewhere

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the absolute worst experience. Horrible communication and constant rescheduling of an installation project. I bought a dishwasher on 5/23 from this Lowe's location. The installation was scheduled for 6/15. With about an hour's notice, it was cancelled. Upon calling customer service, I was told the dishwasher I had purchased was sold to another customer, but a new one would be arriving that day. I did not hear back until I called two days later. After much back and forth with customer service and the store, my installation was set for 6/23/26. Again, it was cancelled and rescheduled for 6/24/26 with no consent from me. No reason given. I've changed my work schedule multiple times for this dishwasher that I bought a month ago. Truly a horrible way to do business. Very upset because this was a mother's day present and something I was looking forward to. I can't get any help through Lowes or Crume to resolve the issue of constantly changing delivery dates.

I purchased a washing machine online from this store on Saturday. Delivery of appliances is coordinated out of DEFUNIAK SPRINGS now apparently instead of the store. I have never encountered such difficulty and lack of communication as I did from the third party delivery service! I spent hours on the phone and ended up cancelling my order in the end!
The local store employees were very helpful but the 3rd party delivery service is very poor.

So done with Lowes. My church spends a lot of money at places like Lowes and we are tax exempt. Every time I go in there, it says my tax exemption is expired and I have to go get the paperwork, bring it back and redo it. After doing this 3 times, the girl said "It was cause it was not her that did it and they all did it wrong" - but nope. Went today and was "expired" again. I asked self checkout lady and she said it "wasn't her problem" and gave me an attitude. Complete waste of time. Went to Home Depot where I applied once and got our stuff without issue.
