  We had a rewarding shopping experience at the new La-Z-Boy Gallery. Not just because we purchased a chair but we learned so much about dealing with a Gallery instead of buying from a furniture store distributer for the La-Z-Boy product. Very good experience with our sales person as well.

  Great customer service! We were able to get the furniture we were looking for customized in the fabric and color we wanted. Ordering and delivery processes were easy, and the finished product is exactly what we wanted.

  Honestly, writing a review because of the positive experience I had with staff. They recently hosted a book club meetup and it was wonderful. The staff was so accommodating. And even when I showed interest in a piece of furniture, they weren't super pushy about selling and just overall so pleasant. Bonus points to Zach for making extra effort to connect with me about a book I was reading. I'll be moving soon and I'm definitely going to come back as an actual customer to get a chair!

  We recently bought new furniture through Levi at this store. Levi was very professional and answered all of our questions like a pro! He is a very charismatic young man! If you are in the area, I highly recommend looking him up for your next set of furniture! The furniture is wonderful so far, my husband and I love it and are hoping for 25-30 years out of it!
