I shall firstly start off by saying that my experience at Extra SpaceStorage, was very much pleasant and professional. Ms Kayla and ms Sabreen were very considerate of what I needed assistance with and I will totally say that their openess to help with anything of importance, gives me the ability to definite yes to come and do business with them all the way!

I’ve had an awful experience here at the extra storage. I’ve spent a couple hours trying to find the storage unit to begin with , just to have my storage full of RAT POOP….. and signs of a rats in my stuff. When I mentioned the issue, Kayla was no help and proceeded to just take pictures of my dry pastas. I was not aware or told anything about not being able to have dry goods. Actually told the opposite. DONT bring your stuff here if you don’t want your stuff to be RAT infested. As a college student who pays for everything herself I’m dissatisfied and disappointed by my services here and how much I paid

Kayla in the office was awesome!! I rented a storage unit here for over 2 years. Started at a $35 rate and then it progressed to $89 (with insurance) over those years, which was expected. The office has always been communicative and helpful. When they transitioned into app-only entry/digital access, the office staff was helpful in getting this set up. 10/10 experience!
