The folks on the booking line were especially helpful and kind when I had a melt down over technical difficulties with my credit card. We got it sorted and I got my code to get in the gate (it was a Sunday). Marcus, Lee and Ken (on site staff) were super sweet. It was my first experience with a storage unit and it was surprisingly smooth sailing!

After that I got to call every darn day, I don't need to be pressured into getting a storage unit. I'm either going to get one or I'm not and I am capable of calling myself, I don't need a call everyday to interrupt my activities. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
