The bedroom set I purchased is great quality and I would recommend this store to anyone. The delivery was great too!
- PSParsha StewartJun 9, 20261.0I do not recommend leasing from this Aaron’s. I placed an order on May 10 a bedroom outfit with tv and mattress. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift for my mom ended up having to call every week to find out when exactly they would be delivering everything I kept getting the run around for three weeks. I felt very disregarded with the frustration that I was having with them. The manager finally set up delivery for June 9th he also told me that he would rework my first payment to be a half a payment given that I didn’t have any of the items I ordered so I shouldn’t of had to pay anything until I’ve had it. they delivered it to the wrong address and when my mom tried to tell the delivery guys it was the wrong address he was rude and gave attitude to my mom she tipped them for the inconvenience even though I wouldn’t have. When I got to my moms the furniture that was delivered was dirty and scratched up and it was the wrong set anyways even though the manager told me the reason the delivery was so prolonged was because he had to order the dresser and night stand if they were brand new they would not be filthy and scratched up lol the manager continued to gas light me into believing that the set I got delivered was what I ordered and it wasn’t. It was night and day from what I ordered. the delivery guys also demanded my mom to make a full payment upon delivery disregarding what we had agreed on. I ended up calling them to transfer my account to thomasville ga I have never had any issues with the Aaron’s in Thomasville. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years I have paid off countless things including generators, video games and furniture. And I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessional costumer service. I really do hope they get their act together because my experience was unacceptable. If you are thinking about leasing please go somewhere else. Edit- they came back and delivered the RIGHT furniture the delivery guys were still rude and unkind even though it was their mistake delivering the wrong bedroom outfit to us in the first place. I was never apologized to for being gaslit or everything else they did to me the last month.

The customer service is horrible and you wait 10 ton15 minutes on hold before anyone comes to the phone.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
