This Establishment was absolutely top tier i walked i was greeted immediately with a smile and got the help I needed in moments, the atmosphere was wonderful,the place was clean top to bottom, The wonderful Woman behind the counter Megan was an absolute Gem of a person she was very professional and made sure I was able to walk away happy with the decision I made she is a wonderful employee

Phillip was extremely helpful when I called looking for info on spaces and setting my pod at the site while its unloaded. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and checked different locations to find what I needed. I hope ESS recognizes him for being such a good representative of the company

Bret was so sweet and helpful. Showed us a unit we were interested in and helped us get set up to start moving in Monday. Going for a climate controlled unit - they are really nice. Very accommodating. It's close to our house in The Villages, so very convenient too.

Excellent company I’ve been using Extra Space for 10+ years, always been a good experience. My most recent facility that I am storing six units of belongings in as by far been the best experience yet. Brett, the facility manager has been top-tier always answer my calls or getting back to me within a reasonable amount of time even after hours there’s been times that he has came and cut my lock off for me cause I lost the key in assisting me with getting a new Lock when he wasn’t even on the clock getting paid just great customer service good dude got nothing but good things to say about Extra Space. Especially the facility that I’m renting with right now.
