We ordered a Blackstone Grill (assembled) for our grandson in Palm City, FL. We ordered it on 6/15/26 with the delivery date of 6/17/26 ~ between 11 am and 3 pm. By 4:30 there was no delivery and no communication from the store or delivery service. After numerous calls to 2 stores and the corporate delivery center we were finally told the item wasn’t shipped. They rescheduled the delivery to today (6/19/26) between 8am and noon.
Once again, no delivery or communication! After researching it from the store level we found out it was again, rescheduled ~ this time to next Tuesday.
This was to have been a Father’s Day gift. Now he has to pick it up (unassembled) himself because of the total lack of efficiency and awful customer service by this Lowes store. (Stuart, FL)

If I could give Ryan zero stars for professionalism and customer support, I absolutely would. He was unhelpful, dismissive, and repeatedly provided misleading information regarding assistance for products your company sells. I also purchased a two-year protection plan for this item, yet Ryan claimed there was “nothing he could do” to assist with an issue involving a product that was improperly built in-house.
For someone in an assistant management position, his lack of accountability, communication, and willingness to resolve customer concerns was unacceptable. Ryan’s conduct reflects poorly on your company, and I strongly suggest reevaluating the quality and professionalism of your leadership staff.

-Bought 3 batches of sod for doing front lawn
-last batch did not take. I gave it more than 30 days with watering/rain.
-Came back to Lowes to request replacement plus I needed to purchase more grass. I had proof of purchase.
-I spoke with CS Manager who listened to me, but turns out already had a NO from the store manager.
-Let them know I was disappointed. For $137 credit denied, they lost my business.
-I bought my sod the next day from Neptune Nursery for $1.00 less\per sod.
-I will be boycotting Lowes for a few years as anything I can get there, I can get at Home Depot (.5 mile up the street), Harbor Freight, or Amazon with better support.
