  We bought a couch from Furniture Land and a warranty to go with the couch. Within 6 months the frame at both ends of the couch had deteriorated. We tried many times to follow up with their warranty company and they kept putting us off and never followed through on repairing the couch. I was very disappointed with the sale and the follow-up.

  Emi was amazing. Great deals on furniture. Prices were the best in area. We had been looking for a specific kind of love seat and sofa combination whi h were were told by several stores did not exist. Low and behold, we found what we were looking for! We will go back again. If we need any new furniture.

  Update: my 8-10 week order is now at 16 weeks and it’s “still in production”. I called and they said 6 more weeks with 3 on top of that for delivery. So the couch I ordered and expected to get in 8-10 weeks is now going to take about 24 weeks. But every time I reach out looking for my item they keep pushing the date back, so who knows. I don’t know if my item is ever coming - I reached out to my credit card to dispute this. I paid for a couch and I still don’t have one. They broke the contract. I see why they pushed for me to pay cash- I’m so glad I didn’t. Very disappointed i generally don’t give bad reviews but it feels like fraud at this point. I will update this review when I get a refund because that’s the only way to make this right at this point. :(
