  My Ridgid sander broke. Manufacturer and Home Depot left me hanging and said good luck. I came here and they fixed it on the spot for a few dollars. Hard to find great service anymore, but they will help you here! Great family owned business!!

  Some problems can be fixed, and some can't. I presented the guys here a basically lose-lose situation: I broke a non-replacement part on a $180 tool that I just bought. Totally my fault, I ran it over after forgetting it was on the ground. They took time to discuss every possible angle from ordering every little screw and latch that it would need (which would've cost another $100), to online auctions and marketplaces, even possibly 3d printing a new one. They never once used the word "impossible", but instead courteously brainstormed with me to have a game plan. Then they even had a few spare screws for my drills belt clips that Amazon couldn't get the correct sizes. I appreciate their expertise and time, I know good workmen when I see them. If I ever need another tool fixed in a normal way, this is where I'm going to get it done right.

  Try calling Home Depot and giving them a model number of your washer and have them say "Yea, we have the correct belt right here, I'll hold it at the desk until you get here". Never going to happen. Supporting businesses like this is how we assure folks like them stay around to help where others can't.
