- JPJill PowersApr 20, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about Pool Troopers and more specifically Patrick and Will! My pool pump went out and my pool was quickly turning into a swamp. But I wanted to shop around and ensure I was not ripped off. I received 3 quotes: #1: gave me a quote, told me all the ways my current equipment didn't meet code (which I later found out that none of it was true), and refused to tell me any of the equipment models they were quoting. #2: extremely nice and professional. Wanted $150 to come out to look but did a general quote through pictures. They were by far the most expensive. #3: POOL TROOPERS TO SAVE THE DAY! I first spoke to Patrick who was just so nice with a good sense of humor! Then came Will. He came out to look at everything, asked what I wanted to accomplish and put together a quote. The price was good but more importantly... I trusted him! I did not at all feel like he was trying to over sell me, just make a sale, or take advantage of the swamp conditions desperately needing a fix. That goes a long way with me! I obviously went with Pool Troopers and they quickly got me on the schedule, the crew was fantastic, and Will was great answering all my follow up questions. I absolutely recommend this company!

- JFJim FitzpatrickOct 30, 20215.0I have used this company non-stop for over 30 years. They are pool professionals. In all these years I only had algae in my pool less than 5 times. As far as service, any issues are fixed right the first time . This company back 30 plus years ago was building pools and built ours as well. Great, Great Company!!!
