- JPJill PowersApr 20, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about Pool Troopers and more specifically Patrick and Will! My pool pump went out and my pool was quickly turning into a swamp. But I wanted to shop around and ensure I was not ripped off. I received 3 quotes: #1: gave me a quote, told me all the ways my current equipment didn't meet code (which I later found out that none of it was true), and refused to tell me any of the equipment models they were quoting. #2: extremely nice and professional. Wanted $150 to come out to look but did a general quote through pictures. They were by far the most expensive. #3: POOL TROOPERS TO SAVE THE DAY! I first spoke to Patrick who was just so nice with a good sense of humor! Then came Will. He came out to look at everything, asked what I wanted to accomplish and put together a quote. The price was good but more importantly... I trusted him! I did not at all feel like he was trying to over sell me, just make a sale, or take advantage of the swamp conditions desperately needing a fix. That goes a long way with me! I obviously went with Pool Troopers and they quickly got me on the schedule, the crew was fantastic, and Will was great answering all my follow up questions. I absolutely recommend this company!

Our Full Cleaning Service includes testing and balancing the chemicals, monitoring the equipment, brushing the walls, steps, and benches, emptying the pump basket, cleaning the skimmer, cleaning the filter as needed, netting the surface, brushing the tile, and vacuuming as needed.
My electric bill for my pool is very high. Can you do anything to help me lower my bill?
Absolutely! Old technology inertia-driven pool motors are usually the second biggest energy users at your home. We offer energy-efficient variable speed replacement motors that meet the Pool Energy Law and most importantly save you money.
The weather is beautiful by my pool is too cold. What's the best way to heat my pool and/or spa?
Great question! Heat Pumps are great to heat your pool, and Gas Heaters work great for spas.
I love using my spa, but I never remember which valves to turn on. Is there an app for that?
The answer is Automation, and, yes, there is an APP for that.

Yes, we schedule our technicians on a consistent basis to maintain your swimming pool. Exceptions occur during holiday weeks or severe weather, but we will always communicate schedule changes whenever possible.
May I change the day of the week my swimming pool is cleaned or change the technician if I wish?
