Do not rent a unit here, the place is infested with mice. I have been renting a unit for several years. I store Christmas decorations and other items that aren’t frequently used, so I don’t stop by frequently. Well I stopped by the unit to grab some things and there were dead mice all inside my unit and everything inside my unit was covered in rodent droppings, urine and bird seed that had been tracked in. I spoke with the manager who advised that they had mice in a different part of the building that were after bird seed that another tenant had stored in their unit and that they had to get an exterminator for that issue, yet no one ever informed me, the paying tenant of the mouse problem in the building. If I would have known I never would have continued to rent there. He also advised that the regional manager would contact me yet no one has ever reached out. Now everything in my unit needs to be disposed of and this company won’t do anything to resolve the issue.
