This facility has the nicest on-site manager and storage. I was able to easily book a unit over the phone while working, and the onsite manager called me shortly after to provide me thorough information and details. Beyond this, I was also able to cancel my unit very easily when it was no longer needed, and this was also able to be done over the phone with no hassle of having to go back. If I could do business here again, I happily would. Thank you for making things easier when moving can already be a tedious process in itself. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience with Julian Perez, the Store Manager. Julian was incredibly helpful, thorough, and made the entire leasing process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every detail before signing my storage lease.
His friendly, easygoing attitude made the experience enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It’s clear that Julian genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure his customers have a positive experience.

I recently rented a unit at the Exta Space Storage in St Cloud and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The facility is relatively new, and it really shows. The design is modern, clean, well-maintained, and feels much more upscale than most storage facilities I’ve visited.
What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The team member who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through the facility, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process before we left. It’s rare to find that level of personal service today.
Between the excellent amenities, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer experience, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. They made what can often be a stressful process simple and seamless.
