Adam came out, confirmed the issue, and moved it at no cost. Also, while he said it looked like our gutters were constructed properly, he explained that there are several houses that they are repairing due to improper drip edge installation...and showed me one. I'll definitely communicate with the neighbors on what to check during next rain events. Friendly service and informational. I'll definitely call them with any future gutter repair or install requirements.
