  I’m so happy with the tree pruning & removal job that they did. They’re reasonably priced, professional, respectful, diligent, kind, communicative, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. All around I was extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to others!

  I was completely impressed with Tree Medic's service - from first web site request to cleanup. A large crew arrived on time and got started immediately. Tom's oversight was a welcome reassurance - he was on top of everything. The results exceeded my expectations - especially for my live oak - she's beautiful. The crew looked and worked professionally - even placing tarps under their vehicle to catch any oil leaks on the driveway. Thanks for the great work at a fair price.

  Tom, who does the bids and often directs the crews, is amazingly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Rick, who mans the calls, gets back with me when he says he will. The crews do excellent work and I appreciate that the company is licensed and bonded. I never call anyone else!

  If I could remove the one star I would! I saw a post on my community FB page that tree medic was offering special price and would be in neighborhood giving estimates ...I responded that I am interested I had some queens and a Sylvester with diamond cut. About 4 days later my 13 year old says a tree guy dropped a card off it's on the counter. It says tree medic $25 per cut. I was traveling next couple weeks never even called them back. I told a neighbor, I need to call and talk with them before scheduling anything I paid alot of money for my Sylvester and need to make sure they even can cut it.if cut wrong the look is ruined. Week later I pull in my driveway and see that someone had not only cut my $3000 Sylvester but ruined it! I spoke to no one from their company, hired no one, gave no one consent to trim trees! I came home from work and saw my Sylvester completely hacked! Confirmed with someone who was driving past and actually got stuck in street because couldn't get around their trucks and saw them trimming my tree. I called tree medic and spoke with office manager who says he thought they were given permission from a neighbor however he said in his notes they were not touching my Sylvester. I told him I spoke to no one, he confirmed they got the permission from a neighbor , which a neighbor doesn't have authority over my property, I was told he would call the owner. I waited all day no call. Next day I sent email along with price quote from my landscaper who installed tree orginally for a quote for replacement tree. I get email that owner will be in touch. Wait all day again....no call. Day 3 I get a call from owner basically trying to justify them preforming service, says they do business without owner consent all the time, they work with HOA and other home owners set it up, refused to replace tree said it needed to grow and he could recut! There's no fixing a Sylvester that's cut to short, that has slash marks in tree from the blade, i wish I was able to upload photos ! Completely unprofessional, poor business operations, and horrible Tree Service! If you see this company in your hood turn on the cameras so you don't come home to horror like I did!

  Tree Medic was on time - safety was always first - just real professionals doing a great job. Mr. Tom is the foreman who lead by example - helped his team as each one had their assigned job and did it so wonderful. Jose, who is the master of a chainsaw, was just amazing to watch. He cut our huge oak like it was a piece of artwork - so detailed and intricate but totally quick. No time was wasted - left our yard perfect after grinding the tree up then picking up all debris. Thanks Tree Medic !!!
