- JKJennifer KishMay 13, 20261.0Our freezer went out and we went online and found a very expensive freezer cost $1000 and $50 per delivery that we’re paying for! Lows.com said that it was going to be here today cause we ordered it yesterday…. and then my husband today… the day it supposed to be delivered gets a notification that it’s not gonna be delivered till Friday, which is two days from now!! We Have a homestead and all of our food in our freezer is going to go bad Because Lowe’s website says that it will be delivered the day after you buy it but in reality it lies to you and it won’t be there until four days after the day you buy it so I would definitely not recommend buying it if you’re in a need and your freezer is broken and you need one ASAP shop somewhere else!!! Now I have to go buy a whole bunch of bags of ice to put in my freezer to hopefully keep my food good for two more days!!!

She always has a smile on her face and greets us like we’re regulars, which makes a big difference. No matter how busy the store gets, she stays calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings that kind of positive energy. She makes the checkout process feel easy and enjoyable, not rushed or stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers she interacts with, and that kind of attitude goes a long way. It’s something we actually look forward to—seeing her at the register and knowing we’ll have a great experience. Marie is an outstanding employee and a huge asset to the store. Her work ethic, friendliness, and professionalism deserve to be recognized. Lowe’s is lucky to have her.

I called the number provided to me at 12pm to confirm and I got the ESL dispatcher. The dispatcher proceeded to interrogate me for my private personal information. All I need was an ETA. The ARS service is clearly a scam and is phishing Lowes customers to steal their identity.

Definitely a great employee and takes pride in his job.!!! Every time I am at Lowe’s, I will always swing by and say hi to him because he is just that great!! Also, Nick in the garden section was extremely helpful nice and funny. Definitely a great worker as well and takes a lot of pride in his job! To add on SUZ also in garden was so so helpful and great

I was greeted and assisted by the most helpful and informative team member. Joseph in the appliance department has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. Every question that I asked he had the answer and I was confident in all of his responses, he also gave me insights to things I didn't even think about when it comes to these types of appliances. Joseph is the one to deal with if you are searching for an appliance. When I first arrived I wasn't confident in what would really suit my needs but now I know what will work and where I will make my purchase(Lowes). Once again thank you Joseph for your time and patience. Give this man a raise!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
