  The WORST dryer cleaner I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. Had a 4 day turnaround on 4 pieces plus 2 additional ultra minor stitches (both under a half inch. Once I received my pieces was never notified that the stains were never even removed. Was quoted on the minor stitches for $5 each and was then charged $10 each upon showing up. Asked about bulk pricing of 20+ pieces weekly and was told by owner they don't do that how she has customers that do 40 a week with no discount when their prices are astronomical to begin with hope that 40 a week guy stops drinking. Seemed like a reasonable ask but what should off like I was crazy for even asking. I'd rather drive another 10 miles to get my stuff done cheaper, better, and faster then ever set foot in this establishment again. This place convinced me to never give an under 4 star business a chance ever again.

  We had a very disappointing experience with Imperial Cleaners. We were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed two shirts pressed and a dress cleaned from a small water stain. Our Airbnb host recommended this place, and when we dropped off our items, we spoke with a lovely woman named Helen who assured us that everything would be ready that same day. When we picked them up the next day, the results were extremely poor. The red shirt looked like only the sleeves had been ironed, and the blue shirt had extra creases throughout. Both shirts had to be re-ironed by my husband. Even worse, my dress appeared to have velcro-type damage around the seat area that was not there before. We pointed out the issues and requested a refund, but the young man working there said he wasn’t the owner and couldn’t issue one. He did agree that the shirts weren’t pressed properly and that the dress looked damaged, but the owner never returned his call. We understand mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up or apology made it worse. No one called to take responsibility or offer a solution. They get 1 star only because they were able to remove the water stain — otherwise, this would be zero. So please beware!!!

  I’m honestly putting this review here to hopefully save a bride from her beautiful dress being destroyed these are my wedding dress sleeves literally the purpose I picked this dress as you can see a very bold line running across that was not there before also I asked for my dress to be taken in and she was supposed to add a bustle to hold my dress up which was never added the dress fit the same as when I brought it do yourself a favor and don’t bring your dress here

  I have been coming here for 3 years now as their service is great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I use them for my suits primarily but they do a wide range of items. So far, no damaged or lost items.
