We used Clark's for a couple of years and frankly they were horrible and cost me hundreds of dollars. Buyer Beware! First issue - their pool techs are lazy and scammers. One day, I happened to be looking out the window while the pool tech came. I literally watched him walk into the pool area, fill out the blue slip, place it on the table and walk out, get into his pickup and then drive away. He did nothing. I immediately called the office and they told me and I quote this "when there is lightning in the area, the pool tech will not perform the work due to safety". Ok, I can understand that, but guess what, it was 10AM and there was NO lightning. I called the bluff and they relented and said there would be a new tech ASAP. Well, a new tech was assigned and guess what. He came and skimmed the pool weekly...but that was all. Just ran a skimmer over it. Coincidentally, my pool pump motor died. I paid Clarks to install a new pool pump motor which they did and the new pump chugged away. Fast forward 11 months and I noticed there was no pressure coming out of the water jets in the pool. I didn't go in the pool much, so I don't know how long it was like that. So I called Clarks and informed them that the pool pressure seemed very low. The tech came and opened up the filter and hosed off the cartridge. I watched him and couldn't believe how dirty the cartridge was, it was obviously never cleaned because man it was ridiculously dirty, like hoarder house dirty. And soon after, the pool pump motor dies. Ok, it's been a year, why is the pool pump dead again. Oh, I don't know, maybe because it was under constant strain because nothing was ever cleaned or maintained. And here is the worst part. The office manager, the girl, once again starts pulling excuses when I call. Oh, that went out of warranty last month and those wear out. No.... it broke because literally zero maintenance and cleaning has been done and the pump ran like crazy with no suction/pressure. Then the excuse was and I quote "the tech is going through some family problems". Uh... that's sad, but that's literally not my problem and my pool is broken. They refused to fix it and I actually called another company who I PAID to put in a new pump and they actually confirmed everything I thought. BTW, I had given Clarks a serious amount of business over a couple of years, including a pool computer, a pump, and a $5K heater. Once again, Buyer Beware. Incompetent and lazy techs and an office manager with an attitude.

I just want to throw this out there to any neighbors that may be looking for pool cleaning services.. Clarks Pools staff is probably the nicest staff I've EVER met in my years of living in Florida..they go way above and beyond for customers, my sons absolutely love our pool lady, they take her bottles of water and she chats with them as she's working, its so sweet how she's willing to show them how she does her job..and our pool has NEVER looked better!!!!! Clarks Pools simply amazing!!
