Clarks Pools staff is probably the nicest staff I've EVER met in my years of living in Florida..they go way above and beyond for customers, my sons absolutely love our pool lady, they take her bottles of water and she chats with them as she's working, its so sweet how she's willing to show them how she does her job..and our pool has NEVER looked better!!!!! Clarks Pools simply amazing!!
- JSJoe spellmanJun 10, 20191.0I hired Clark's pools about 6 months ago and when talking to the office girl who's name I do not remember I said look I work alot want a price on cleaning and maintaining my pool so ALL I HAVE TO DO IS COME HOME AND ENJOY IT. Well the price is high I said , well we are worth it she says. So as months go by every month getting charged to fix something else and I never questioned them ,then we called about black mold on grout and my wife was told the owner said that a homeowner has to do some too? Why am I paying you for and told here they do better next time then I have guest over and was embarrassed by my pools condition mold every where. So I call Jim Clark who sould be a business owner as customer service is as foreign to him as Latin is to me. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH FINISHING UP AFTER THE HALF A"" JOB THEY DO AND COULD CARE LESS I WAS UNHAPPY JUST OFFERED TO COME TELL ME I AM WRONG INSTEAD OF OMG WE DID A POOR JOB INCREDIBLY POOR PEOPLE SKILLS. Update no response they could care less
