  If I could give zero stars to Aaron’s in Spring Hill, I would. All because of one employee. The level of harassment, sheer incompetence, and unhinged hostility displayed by an employee named Tina is completely unacceptable. A few weeks ago, I was late on a refrigerator payment. Rather than handling the matter professionally, Tina showed up at my private residence while I was at work, bypassed the front entrance entirely, and trespassed directly into our fenced backyard where my partner was doing yard work. When he calmly informed her that the door hanger was in my name and didn't belong to him, asked her to put it on the front door, and began walking her toward the gate to get her off our property, she lashed out and called him a "f***ing queer" (Tina is obviously very classy!). She then called her store and fabricated an outrageous lie claiming he threatened her with scissors, referring to the pruning shears he was using when she trespassed into our backyard. Fortunately, our security cameras captured the entire interaction from start to finish, completely disproving her story. The nightmare continued when we decided to return the appliance. The genuinely nice delivery drivers arrived and stated they were not allowed to remove our storm door to get the refrigerator out. My partner—who had just undergone eye surgery and had strict medical lifting restrictions—called the store to ask how to proceed. Tina answered the phone. When he plainly asked what they were supposed to do since the drivers couldn't take the unit, she became immediately hostile, snapping at him, "Don't get lippy with me, SIR, because I'm not the one!" Randy, of course, responded with a bit of attitude—and rightfully so—saying, "No, I'm not the one." Then Tina gave this bizarre response (transcribed directly from the recorded call): "All right. Well, I've already starting you guys with police already, so we'll go that route." And then she hung up on him. Great customer service—and so articulate, too! What exactly does "starting you guys with the police already" even mean? Tina clearly attended the very best finishing school in Hernando County! My partner called back to speak to the general manager and complain about Tina, only to be met with immediate opposition from the manager named D'yoouhvwaungh, who proceeded to yell at Randy and accuse him of threatening Ms Tina. Randy replied, "How would you even know if I threatened her? You weren't even there!" Dheuw'vaughnne, we can forgive—he was just misinformed. Tina’s conduct is vile, unprofessional, and openly bigoted. She has repeatedly exhibited erratic and unhinged behavior, hurled slurs, and made false claims against customers. Retaining someone so blatantly abusive in a customer-facing role is an absolute liability. Management must address Tina's mistreatment of customers immediately. In the meantime, prospective patrons would be wise to take their business elsewhere.

  I just spent 12 minutes on the phone with an employee Kelcey from Aarons. Because of her efforts and professionalism and her willingness to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved. Understand that Kelcey had nothing to do with anything related to my issue but she got me answers and updates less than 24hours. Thank you Kelcey.
