I really liked how clean your facility is as well as feeling safe entering the buildings alone. The reason I gave you 2 stars because I was very frustrated that the monthly rental doubled in just 3 months after I signed the contract. I felt like once you got me in there and comfortable, now we are going to increase the rate. Well, it took me 3 months to figure out my next step and that was to find another place that works with my budget. Sorry!

First, let me say Chris the manager was great. Now…twice flooded and they couldn’t call or text to inform of damage either time? Email notification lost in junk folder. Corporate policies suck with this company. Do not recommend.

I hate writing reviews becaise they take too much time. But...when I encounter either exceptionally crummy products/services...or have an unusally good experience, I will speak up. And in this case, it's nothing but the very highest praise for this Extra Space facility. Here's the story: I alternate garaging two vehicles here. Sunday is the only day the office is closed. And that's the day I am likely to swap the vehicles, since traffic is lighter, etc. Stupidly, I lifted the door with too much gusto and when I went to close it, it was stuck. I telephoned the national call center and was very pleasantly surprised to get a US based native English speaking agent. She quickly called and left a message for Chris, the onsite manager. I had no more than gotten in the door at home when he called to report the problem was solved. The door jumped past its stops after I opened it too vigorously. Chris very agreeably and cordially got the door closed and latched and I went back a couple hours later to insert the key. I was impressed first that someone was available at the national call center on Sunday, second that the call center was based in the US when so many companies are outsourcing call service to cheaper overseas outfits (or AI) and third that Chris showed up so quickly to fix the door on his day off, a Sunday to boot. So A++ for outstanding customer serivce to Extra Space Storage on Seminole Boulevard in Seminole, FL! Keep up the great work.
