The storage facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels much more professional than others I've used, which often seemed run-down. I originally reserved my unit online when I needed storage in a hurry, and the process was quick and easy. Since then, anytime I've needed assistance—whether with moving, rate questions, or anything else—the management team has been incredibly helpful. Rachel is outstanding! She consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and truly cares about her customers. I highly recommend this facility.

We received a rate increase of $62.00 a month. Called and spoke to Javier and he was able to contact corporate and keep us at the same rate that we are paying now. He did a great job.

I've had a lot of storage units in the last few years and extra space storage is by far the best. If you're in the sebring area, ask for Rachel she is an Angel she is so patient and understanding. She really went above and beyond to Make sure I was happy. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her. Rachel deserves a raise for the amount of effort she puts in to make her customers happy.
