I received an email about my bill going up and it was pretty expensive a little more than what I can afford. I called, and spoke with George and explain how the rate was a little too much for me to pay, George, told me that he will try and get my rate down and that he will give me a call that following Monday. George did call me back on that Monday and got my rate down to an affordable rate which I really really appreciate. George was prompt and he's did what he promised that he would do that he will make a call to see if he can get the rate change and calling me back on Monday he did all two, very much appreciated. It's great people like George that makes you appreciate to do business with the companies like extra space storage. Thanks again for the great help.
