Steven jr. came to assess the situation and determined all I need was a new clutch. It took a few weeks to arrive but it was installed with precision and care and now the blind works better than it ever did when it was new. I'm so relieved. If I had not been able to get it repaired I would have been looking at the expense of changing the blinds for the entire room which otherwise still look great! I highly recommend their services.
