Instead, this team carefully diagnosed the issue, identified exactly which proprietary mechanisms were needed, helped me work with a third party to get them, and expertly repaired both blinds, restoring them to like-new operation. From my very first phone call, Linda was a gem; knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand the situation, answered questions, and made what initially felt like a complicated repair process remarkably straightforward.
