- KKKelly Keenan1 day ago5.0Could not have gotten better service than I did when I called Sparkling Kleen pools. Sara took immediate control of my issue and turned a seemingly complex problem into an easy process for me. She told me that she would personally take care of my needs, and she absolutely followed through on that. There were a few things that I had questions on, and she answered them throughout without fail. Sara also hooked me up with Spencer to come out and do the work on my pool and she told me that he was the best and he backed that up as well. He showed up with the team and they were all first class. Very nice and accommodating and even did extra work that I didn’t even ask for. One of the gentlemen tightened up my entry bars that were loose on his own — before I even met him. Anyway, Spencer did the job and left and I was happy with the results, but then to my surprise, he came back. He said he wasn’t 100% satisfied with the level of work himself. That was crazy. To think that he came back because HE wasn’t satisfied with the work, even though I was— is insane. What an absolute Master Class in taking pride in your work. Spencer came back and he took an A Level job and made it an A+. I can’t thank him enough for going the extra mile like that and I don’t leave many reviews often. But, this one had to be written because you don’t get service like that today. Sara and Spencer are absolute All-Stars.

We were fortunate to work directly with Daniel, the project manager and company president, who was responsive, attentive, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly.
