  Absolutely fantastic experience. Bob, Alex, Paul, the other Alex ... all of them were amazing. As other reviewers have commented, Bob acted as my personal design consultant; he shared extremely helpful ideas, watch-outs, samples, etc. Throughout the project, day or night, it didn't matter what question I had. Bob either called me back quickly or had Alex do so. Their unending patience, professionalism, knowledge, skills, workmanship, cost ... they cleaned up every day ... everything was better than expected ... can't say enough about how happy I am to have hired them to resurface the inside of our pool, replace the waterline tile, replace the coping, and build us a new pool deck with pavers. Highly recommend them without hesitation.

  Requested a pool and leak inspection for a home that we are purchasing and the condition of a heat pump was not properly notated on the inspection report (said it should be replaced but did not mention that the reason it was not working was because the power was not on and the owners were not home to allow inspector to inspect breaker box). Worked with the sellers of the house based on this pool inspection and this particular inspection caused a LOT of lost sleep over the course of 4 days. I received no apology from the company for a lack of report notation (no power to the pump at time of inspection) and no refund of my $225 inspection fee (that was my simple request). What I did receive was a note that said they felt that they did the right thing on the inspection so there is no refund. For the inspection fee of $225, they want to insist on being right instead of erring on the side of the customer. I'm very happy I am not dealing with a larger issue with Progressive. To me, It sounds like when they do well on their projects - they have happy customers. But if you try to question them or feel like they should "correct" something ... no apology to be had. I won't be using them in the future for any service or recommending them. Buyer beware. This mode of customer service speaks volumes.
