What an amazingly horrible shopping experience I just had it this Lowe’s. I had to talk to four employees one of them was knowledgeable and professional. The woman who checked me out in the garden center was visibly annoyed about something not sure if it was me or something that occurred on her phone she was on when I walked in. We’re in the middle of doing home renovations so I get every receipt emailed to me. Not only was this not made an option but when I told her I was going to do an email receipt, she handed me the paper one and said perfect.
Maybe try a different Lowe’s the folks here are just nasty.

Chose this store to buy and install shades. On more than one occasion, we made appointments to come in and get help, make decisions on product, pay, schedule installation, etc. Each time had to wait 45 minutes, an hour, or longer. Was told "I'm the only one working in this department." Since this was a repeated issue, clearly they need to space out appointment times. On day of installation, was given a time frame between 8 and 10am. The installer showed up hours later, just before 1pm (THREE TO FIVE HOURS LATE), with no basic courtesy of a 90 second phone call to inform of very late arrival. After installation, I was unsure if what was installed was exactly what we'd ordered, so tried to call the store. It has always been difficult to get ahold of someone. No different now. I tried calling a few times, each time the phone would ring for several minutes (3, 4, 5) before I hung up. Eventually tried again and once again after waiting for several minutes of ringing before an employee answered, was "transferred" to the department but got disconnected. Tried again and employee tried a few times unsuccessfully to transfer me before saying she would write down a message and walk it back to the department, and I could expect a call back before 5pm. Of course NO SURPRISE, there was no call back.
I called at the end of the next day, after still no return call back. Was told to call Installation services. NO -- THEY SIMPLY INSTALL WHAT THEY ARE GIVEN, It's the store where the order was placed and who has the details of said order who should know these details.
This store seems horribly managed and likely very understaffed. They should make necessary and appropriate adjustments if they can't keep up with business as normal. Provide a way for customers to leave a voicemail with the appropriate department. Don't schedule consultations and installations if you cant keep the appointment times. Don't sell both items and services if you can't follow through and stand by your work. Do a lot better. And customers, be cautious of doing business here.
ETA: one of the cheap plastic tabs used to lift and close the shades snapped off after 1 week. Was using carefully. ONE MORE REASON TO NOT BUY SHADES FROM LOWES- TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE ALL AROUND.

I will no longer be shopping at this business. I was disappointed to notice active Flock Safety license plate scanning cameras in the parking lot. I don't appreciate a big-box retailer logging the movements, make, model, and color of my vehicle and piping that data straight into a searchable database shared with police without a clear warning or warrant. Shopping for hardware shouldn't mean being tracked by mass surveillance. Taking my business elsewhere until they respect customer privacy.

This is the worst Lowe's I've ever visited. The shopping carts are in poor condition, and there aren't enough available during busy hours. The staff seemed disorganized and difficult to find.
When I asked an employee where I could find an item, the response I got was, "You can look for it in the next aisle just like I'll do." That was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I expected much better customer service.
