I was truly losing hope with Lowe’s. They’ve always been fair and a great company. However, if you live in an upstairs condo. Don’t expect your delivery service to be very helpful. ( They are a separate third party ) the first driver came and said the new refrigerator wouldn’t fit so we had one model in the entire store to choose from. ( unreal ) anyhow the second people refused to bring it up our stairs because they said that they would hurt the compressor. ( which turned out to be a very blatant lie) then they said WE refused after paying for delivery, installation and takeaway!! We couldn’t leave a refrigerator in our garage? Then when we called to complain they moved our new date a week away. The wife and I both work and the amount of time we’ve spent trying to deal with this refrigerator was beyond ridiculous! Today, however, after talking to a very good Lowe’s store team sent a couple of great men that made no excuses and did a wonderful job. All of the store people did a wonderful job to get this done for us as expeditiously as possible. It has been a very trying week but thanks to their professional management team and also a very great delivery man named Dayan and his partner Raul did a phenomenal job and therefore Lowes still gets 5 ⭐️’s again. They just pulled it off again!! I wish I could rate the first 2 delivery people but I believe in praising people for doing the right thing. Thank you Viktor in sales and the mgmt team. I believe Carr helped me along with a Robert maybe. Thanks again for all of the efforts. Respectfully, Dan

Just because you have self checkout doesn't mean you can't have people that don't know what to do in still need people to know how to ring people up

Please teach the fossil Joseph at the self checkout what a flashing red light at a register means, he is clueless - I kept saying excuse me and waving for help and he was ignoring me and 3 times went to other people to ring up every item in their carts instead of taking 2 seconds to do a store login for my purchase which needed store approval.

I had extremely nice experience at this location. I recently moved to this area and went to buy pole saw. Assistant and manager were so helpful. She helped me find the best product and manager gave me very good discount. I am going to be a regular customer and had been there multiple times. Every time I come out of the store satisfied. This location has some real jerks working there. One of the guys at the loading dock at the pro desk was blocking my vehicle and I asked him to move it and he acted like he wanted to fight me. Definitely not a safe environment. It was an actual Lowe’s employee acting like he wanted to fight customers for asking if they could exit the loading dock.
