  We have experienced some issues with the pool pump timer. We called Holiday Pools. Dan was the one who took care of our tech support request. He sent the technician Pedro out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement, back to replace the part and fixed the issue. During the whole process, both of them were very patient to listen what we had to say, and professional to explain the problem and solution. A big thumb up to Holiday Pools’s customer service and technician team!

  Our first experience has not been the best, I find them poor communicators when providing service like when it’s being done, if there is an issue and they need to come back then when it was completed. Seemed like the norm when I said I had to call three times and the response was I called you back, why was it necessary for me to make the calls. Then I was told use us if you like!
