  Extremely disappointing experience with Fuse Specialty Appliances in Sarasota. The only person who seemed to know what he was doing was the salesperson I originally worked with, a war veteran - not to mention his name. After he was let go, everything turned into confusion, disorganization, and terrible communication. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing or even what they’re saying anymore. I ordered my main appliances nearly four months ago, the order has been fully paid for, and I still cannot get clear answers or proper follow-up regarding delivery and status updates. Instead, I’ve dealt with endless back-and-forth emails asking basic questions that should have already been handled internally. The level of incompetence and lack of coordination has honestly been shocking. To make matters worse, apparently my delivery is “scheduled” for today, yet nobody even had the common courtesy or professionalism to call and provide a delivery window or timeline. Am I supposed to sit around the entire day waiting and guessing whether someone may or may not show up? Customers have lives and schedules too. This company feels completely unorganized and poorly managed. What should have been an exciting appliance purchase turned into months of frustration, confusion, lack of accountability, and wasted time. Completely unacceptable experience.

  Ally was amazing. Completely informed me of every choice available. Introduced me to certain features on appliances that fit my needs. First time in a long time I was cared for as a consumer not just another sale. Took her time to answer all questions and did not pressure me. A very valuable experience.

  John Suppa at Fuse Appliance was incredible to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and helped us select the perfect kitchen appliances as well as washer/dryer combo for our space and lifestyle. What really stood out was his follow-through any time an issue came up, John was immediately on top of it and made the process smooth and stress-free. Phenomenal customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend working with him!

  We purchased new appliances for our kitchen and could not have had a better experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The delivery team were great guys and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Fuse Specialty Appliances matched or beat other appliance companies. They made believers of us. .

  My experience with Fuse Specialty Appliances has been exceptional. John Suppa is extraordinary. I have purchased no fewer than ten appliances from John over the years and his guidance has always proven to be right on the mark. His product knowledge, his customer service and his follow up after delivery are the best I have ever encountered. His focus is on providing the customer the best product for that customer's needs. I trust his recommendations without question. He's the best!
