  Ally was amazing. Completely informed me of every choice available. Introduced me to certain features on appliances that fit my needs. First time in a long time I was cared for as a consumer not just another sale. Took her time to answer all questions and did not pressure me. A very valuable experience.

  John Suppa at Fuse Appliance was incredible to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and helped us select the perfect kitchen appliances as well as washer/dryer combo for our space and lifestyle. What really stood out was his follow-through any time an issue came up, John was immediately on top of it and made the process smooth and stress-free. Phenomenal customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend working with him!

  We purchased new appliances for our kitchen and could not have had a better experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.   My experience with Fuse Specialty Appliances has been exceptional. John Suppa is extraordinary. I have purchased no fewer than ten appliances from John over the years and his guidance has always proven to be right on the mark. His product knowledge, his customer service and his follow up after delivery are the best I have ever encountered. His focus is on providing the customer the best product for that customer's needs.   We have the pleasure of working with John Suppa! He asked us many questions to provide us with fabulous appliances within our budget. John made our appliance dreams come true. John has many years of experience in this business. He really knows his products. What he didn’t know, he found out the answers for us. John is very knowledgeable, truly cares about his customer. He works with you from the start to finish on your appliance journey. John deserves 10 ⭐️’s. We also liked that the installers at Fuse are company trained installer team. They are employees and not subcontractors. Super plus for us. It is what kept us from going with Ferguson, Jessup or Mullet.
