  Where to begin? Visited for new build to look at plumbing, etc. Girl at front desk was great. Guy when I left was really sweet too (Eric?) BUT I did get a little disturbed by a young salesman that was working with a customer the duration of my visit on 5/6/26. When I was about to leave, I made a final sweep just to revisit a shower head I want to buy. This guy had finished with his customer and sat down at the back of the store at his desk and proceeded to make a call. He then told the other business how tired he was of that customer and that he "doesn't even know what she wants anymore". He did not know I was behind him looking at products at all. It just made me uncomfortable that he was speaking so negatively about a customer when I am also a customer. I felt that he should have been more professional and know better than to voice disgust about someone he was selling to, out loud in an open desk area environment. I wanted to say something to this young man, but thought...who do I think I am to tell him my opinion? In hindsight, I wish I would have now. I do not know this guy's name and had no personal exchange with him myself. 5 stars minus 1 for his immature behavior.

  This place is incredible. Wonderful displays. Bring all your investment portfolio to be able to afford some of these beautiful designs.

  Stopped in Sat 2/28/26 - two sales reps were with customers when we arrived. We waited over 30 minutes for the customers with the sales reps to leave. After another 15 minutes, the sales reps never asked us if we would like some assistance. When we left, the 2 sales reps were chatting with the receptionist in the front of the store and didn’t even say Anya’s we walked out. Sorry, but I can’t be a Customer at a place that is so rude. We used Ferguson’s in upstate NY and loved the service. Not here - ownership needs to have a talk with the sales reps.

  The store is quite good and certainly worth a visit if you are doing renovations or shopping for new appliances. Our experience with the front desk staff was terrible though. The gentlemen there has zero customer service skills and treated as an annoyance that forced him to interrupt whatever he was doing on his phone.

  I purchased several High-End appliances from them 10 years ago. No problem. My Bosch Microwave/Speed Oven died, and I ordered another one from Ferguson. In about 10 days, one arrived damaged and could not be installed. So, they ordered another one and over a week later the one pictured below showed up -- even more damaged than the first one! It's pretty obvious from the box there was going to be damage, but they brought it anyway. Not sure where the breakdown is but I have had no microwave for almost a month. I cancelled my order and ordered one from BB and due to free installation and discounted haul-away -- I saved over $300. Very poor inventory and delivery management now at Fergusons. Great products - poor execution. Fingers crossed BB won't try to pawn off damaged goods to customers like these guys did. The damage to this unit wouldn't even make it to a scratch and dent sale. Beware!
