The process of moving in and out is easy and simple. The units are in great conditions and clean. Good customer service. The only down side is the cost. You get the unit with an offer that just last 2 months and they raise your the rate as many times as they want throughout the year because of “market adjustment” when at the same time they are offering units to new renters with the lower prices. Not having a 12 month commiment plan with the same rate made difficult for us to stay. The rest is all good.
