We did call and below is the response we got…It’s nothing more than a bait and switch!! Started out with a great price compared to the other storage facilities that were closer to our house. They did not say it was a promotional rate but after only a few months they’ve increased the monthly rate by $100 because our promotional rate was ending?? We called and they said it’s going up due to market value compared to the other rates and we had been given a ‘street rate’? We told them we chose them because they were lower than the others! We could not find anything about a promotional rate in the contract we signed and were already unhappy about the added $28 mandatory monthly charge for insurance but bit the bullet on that one! Beware!

I’ve had my belongings stored here for over a year and a half, and it’s been an excellent experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and I’ve never had any issues. Jenny has been absolutely wonderful—she is friendly, professional, and always goes out of her way to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Jenny truly provides it. I really appreciate everything she’s done and highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location!
