  We ordered two poly gliders for my son's balcony porch. Bill responded to my inquiries about the space requirement promptly. I sent pictures and dimensions and he was able to suggest an arrangement that would work, although I used a different arrangement after they came. I have tools, hand tools. The screws had square heads and I had to find my one square headed bit for a tiny hand tool, but it worked. I got 15 out of 16 carriage bolts in with only a little difficulty, but I could not get the 16th one in to save my lift, probably because I thought I should not hit it too hard with a hammer. But my great handyman/maintenance/building company had a man out here for other work, and he gave the bolt a blow that sent it through. It took me about 2 hours for each glider to get it assembled with hand tools. But, now that they are assembled, they are wonderful! The gliding action is as smooth as silk. The chair colors are wonderful. The "poly" seems like it will be easy to maintain and like it will last. My (autistic) son doesn't use them yet, but his (friends) caretakers love them!

  When I requested a phone call Mr. Billy Adams answered right away. I had a few questions and he was very knowledgeable of the products and was a great help. If there was anything above a five star rating he would be at ten stars. I can’t wait to get my entertainment center and end tables.

  Very nice showroom. Everything was clean and organized. The pieces on the floor were well thought out. Design center was very helpful allowing us to see exactly what we were buying. Lots of fabric choices which was nice. The products were displayed carefully and were very helpful for making decisions. Jeff Harrison was our specialist and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He gave us our space just when we needed it and gave us product and manufacturing information in between. He knows everything about the products and is very skilled explaining them. We never would have bought without him. A true professional. Thanks so much Jeff.

  Kelly Bridges did an excellent job showing us all the various options for a dining room table and spent a good amount of time talking with us through our choices. I really appreciate our shopping experience at Dutch crafters in Sarasota and found the staff helpful and the showroom sufficient for displaying their furniture.
