  We purchased three pieces of furniture over a year ago and were totally pleased with all aspects of the purchase. We just ordered another piece. The prices are not cheap, but the craftsmanship and quality are well worth it. We had the items delivered to our apartment on the 7th floor and they came wrapped in blankets and were placed where we wanted them. Jake, the delivery man was exceptional. He emailed that he would deliver on a certain day, then called when he was about ten minutes away. He treated our furniture and the new pieces as if they were his own. I’m sure our new purchase will be as good as the last.

  First of all I found the on line info to be very complete and helpful and made our dining table selection process an enjoyable event. Then, via the phone, I was pleased to meet Diane who was very knowledgeable, pleasant and led me through the order process including the freight options. the entire process was a pleasant experience.

  I had an amazing experience getting a custom table from DutchCrafters! I ordered samples and found the perfect shade for my house. Also, I was able to customize the size and shape to my exact specifications. Ask for Elvis to help you! Delivery was seamless and easy with nice guys who were eager to install the piece with care. Highly recommend!

  When we walked inside the showroom of Dutch Crafters in Sarasota, we were very impressed at the beauty and the quality of this furniture that surrounded us. Lori came up and greeted us and explained how the furniture was made and showed us many different styles. She was kind and extremely helpful as she answered our many questions. We are waiting as our furniture is being made and excited to see the finished product in our home. Thanks again Lori, looking forward to the full Dutch Crafters experience after our furniture is delivered! Sandy & Robyn
