  Purchased Amish Made Trinity Mission Comfy Bustle Back Recliner Chair. The staff, Stacey Elkins in particular, is very responsive and progessional with shopping and ordering. I am so encouraged by her responsiveness that I anticipate that the rest of the process will be just as impressive. ‘Have not received my order yet as it will take ~4? months to manufacture and deliver. In the meantime I was sent wood/finish, leather and fabric samples. I anticipate what is delivered is on par with Stickley furniture.

  Our experience with Dutch Crafters has been fantastic from the beginning. In late spring, we ordered a new bed and an additional nightstand to coordinate with the BR group we already owned. They projected a completion date in September. They kept us updated on the build in progress. Our order was completed ahead of schedule. We chose to drive to the warehouse in La Grange to pick it up. The staff were so courteous and friendly. The bed frame is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent craftsmanship (worth every penny). While the staff was assisting my husband package and prepare our new furniture for the trip home, I did a little window shopping in the warehouse. I came across an entertainment center/wall unit that was available for purchase. Although we hadn’t planned on another large purchase, the price was amazing. Having just seen the quality and care Dutch Crafters puts into their product, we knew we would have no regrets. The wall unit was delivered today and we are “over the moon” excited to have another Dutch Crafters work of art in our home. Jake and Cole made the delivery this morning. Again, I can’t say enough about their professional, courteous and friendly attitudes. These gentlemen treat you like family. We are already planning to choose Dutch Crafters for our next furniture purchase.

  Delivery folks Adam and Pablo were so courteous and helpful in delivering our dining table from DutchCrafters! They not only delivered the table in excellent condition, they were also clear in explaining how to care for the table, going through the folder from the company with care. Thank you, Adam and Pablo!! We love our gorgeous table!

  We are absolutely in Love With our new DutchCrafters bedroom set. Our Design Consultant, Stacey Elkins, was so helpful and known throughout the whole process. I really can’t sing her praises enough, I made so many changes and had so many questions along the way and Stacey was always there with a quick response. There was a lot of back and forth on my end as I changed colors, fabrics and sizes…but my dream became a reality yesterday as our furniture was delivered in pristine condition. I would definitely order from DutchCrafters again and would personally request Stacey be our design consultant.

  Lori was amazingly helpful. She has a keen eye for design and helps you customize the furniture perfectly to fit the style of your home. We will be back for another purchase shortly as we completely restyle our home with custom and quality!
