Service is always prompt, a friendly person always answers the phone (no AI or multiple button clicks with an automated answer service) and the quality of the work is superior. Our pool has needed some upkeep over the years, and Mackenzie and Jody in the Service Department have consistently delivered excellent results at fair prices. As a bonus, this company staffs Military Veterans and is friendly to Veterans that they service. Excellent experience.

- SMShawnie McLaughlinJul 1, 20261.0I didn’t want to write a review for coast to coast as my sales guy was kind and the pool looks great BUT they aren’t there when there is a problem. And we had a major problem. After the very first rain we have had severe flooding in our lanai. Despite the owner saying they would help, the project manager brought his grading sub contractor out and they pointed the finger to the landscaper who planted plants. So I figured we were alone to solve our issue. Fast forward 2 years latter, 2 different types of French drains and we are still having flooding. You know what the last straw for this review was? When I called them to ask for their subs name so I can hire them for wider deco drain on the deck (I made clear I was just looking for a name not any financial aid) and they said they could not recommend anyone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Heaven forbid something goes wrong with your project as they will leave you high and dry.

Being a recently new pool owner, I was having trouble shooting why my pool pump was turning off. Mackenzie was more interested in not setting up a service call and walking me through several steps to ensure a service call was not needed first. After a couple of checks, she had my pump running! Wow meant a lot, being a novice pool owner! She even called back to check on the me! Thank you, Mackenzie! Still running smoothly!!
