He worked very hard in extreme heat and got it done in two days, he came to our house for three additional days after the wash to insure the pool was properly balanced. I spoke to Mackenzie regarding the issue. After walking me through some trouble shooting, she sent out a technician to look at the pool. She was very understanding and worked quickly to get our problem corrected. The pool technician, Tony, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was (simple clogged screen) and fixed it. My spa is working good as new. Thank you Mackenzie and Tony.
