- JLJeff Loebtoday1.0While they were quick to come out and communicated clearly, they did not properly diagnose the issues I was having with my in ground spa not heating all the way. They told me I would either need freon in my heat pump or a new heat pump and recommended I call another company certified to add freon. The new company did a thorough check on all the heat pump components, pronounced them working fine and pointed out that the pool was too high which was allowing continuous pool water into the spa. Turns out the auto-drain was the issue and after dropping the level of the pool it now functions fine. The end reult is that it cost me $125 from Aloha to get a referral to a pool repair company that resolved the issue.

I called around and either the service was weeks out or they just gave a quote for a new system without even looking at it. I am not a first time pool owner. The owner of Aloha pools was fairly nearby and came out within one hour. My pump was out and even blew the fuse. He replaced the fuse and quoted a cheaper price on the variable system I wanted. This was Friday before Labor Day. He had his tech Tato come out Tuesday to install and it is running beautifully. Great Company!
