  I was quoted 4 different pool contracts and never felt 100% confident and comfortable with whom I was talking with for our Pool Renovation. A small pool builder I know recommended I call White Sands as they are a family owned business and basically they are the subcontracts for the contractors! Cut out the Middle Man and save money. Gary the sales person came out to the house, measured and even fixed a small leak around my skimmer without me even asking! He then was very patient with us as we struggled to pick out the right pool tile and surface for our renovation. In the end, we got an upgraded Wet Edge finish and saved money compared to our other quotes. Everyone in the sales office was fantastic to work with and every individual that came to work on the renovation was one time, polite and hard working. Patience was given as there are always unforseen challenges whenever you are remodeling and it was the middle of June when we started. I'm very happy with White Sands and I would highly recommend their services. We are very happy with the results and attention to details!

  Fantastic attention to detail. I had a new pool constructed with a pebble finish. The team was great; they really took their time and were careful to deliver a really polished solution. I would highly recommend them for your next pool. Thank you Anthony, Dale and Team. We really appreciate you.! Update: I added some evening photos. That's when you can notice any uneven surfaces or flaws. Absolutely spot on. You really can't ask for anything better. Great workmanship! Thanks again. 2nd Update: The pool contractor had a typo on my warranty when he submitted it to WetEdge. I contacted the office staff at White Sands who immediately leaped into action. They took care of the issue on my behalf, then followed up and confirmed I received the changes requested. Thank you Kaitlyn! FYI- I'm a small business owner; it's not just the big things for customer service but the little things and attention to detail. The reason I spend time on these reviews is it's oftentimes the only clues or differentiation that a potential customer may have to make a buying decision. Hope this helps! I certainly read these before making a purchase.

  Company refinished our HOA pool in December 2022. The pool was regularly maintained by a licensed pool company and all work was performed by a licensed pool company. A significant portion of the pool finish detached from the pool walls. I am of the opinion that this company performs shoddy work and should not be hired to refinish a pool.
