    Last night I went to the Sanford Lowe's around 9:33 PM, knowing the store closed at 10PM. I asked an employee for help, but instead of assisting me, he looked at his watch and said it was late and that he was tired. That made me feel like I wasn't valued as a paying customer. As was leaving, I overheard two employees talking and saying, "She just needs to leave." I understand retail can be exhausting, especially late at night, but I simply wanted someone to help me. The experience was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.

    Undoubtedly, this is the most incredible store that has been, and several times it is necessary to go and without thinking all the people have been kind, educated and megaprophesians with the attention, ask if everything is fine if you need help right away they give you the help taking you to where what you need is, even if it is not what you need they give you the information where you can go and even until the days that store works and schedules, at least it has been my experience 😉 the times That the state there is would undoubtedly return every time.

    Honestly I would leave -5 stars if I would Shannon Kirk clearly has no training on how to prioritize customer service or customer satisfaction. We purchased the extended warranty for a Maytag washer after 8 months the washer is no longer working. Initially the laziest customer service response was to contact the protection plan customer service they didn’t provide a copy of the receipt despite being able to pull it up through their delivery service data. (As my mom paid cash and misplaced her receipt) by far the worst support or custom service from any Lowe’s we’ve ever purchased at.

    I stopped by Lowe's Home Improvement while picking up supplies for a quick project and wasn’t completely sure what I needed. One of the employees helped me find the right items and gave a couple of simple tips along the way. I was able to get everything in one trip, which saved me time. It made the whole project go a lot smoother than I expected.
