It's lowes!!! I know exactly what I want and go get it. It's like home depots little sister. Just like any 9ther lowes, I use the app to check on inventory levels and it has always been close to correct. Always always always check to make sure the items on the shelves are the same 8n the boxes. No matter what company home depot or lowes people grab small items out of the box and put back in another. An example is something should be a male to male adaptor and someone put a male to female in the box with 30 others, so items get mixed up. Always clean and well lit. Plenty of people working to help you. Also like the buttons to press for assistance.

Lowes is now demanding to scan your drivers license if you place any sort of pick up order or special order. They will not just visually inspect your license to confirm identity. This puts all your personal data on the DL at risk.

Nick, one of the managers spoke to me over the phone, confirmed they had inventory before I drove an hour to the store, and even matched the price. Better not have any questions before you go into Lowes because the sales guys are not trained or experience in basic questions that you even have Let alone get you more technical than the basic questions. Very frustrating. And they work in the department that you’re asking questions in.
For a home improvement establishment the grounds are a disaster of unkept curbs with Litter and half dead plants.
Not very inspiring for a home improvement store. If they were smart, they would really do up the grounds to inspire people and sell more. That would be my thought if it were me. I would have to get the employees off their phone and outside taking care of messes.
