    Employees are extremely rude and incompetent. I came in today looking for a Bonsai plant for a gift. The online website said that they had some in stock at this location. I asked an employee for help locating them to which he said “he has no idea where they are ask the person in the blue vest”. I approached another employee wearing a blue vest. She has blonde hair and wore it in a bun with a hat and a blue vest. I wish i got her name but unfortunately i did not but the this occurred at 12pm. I asked her politely if she could help me find the bonsai as it shows they have 3 in stock and she responded very rudely and aggressively “i dont know what to tell you we dont have them i do all the inventory and we have none the system is incorrect” i went to customer service to ask someone else to help locate them and they looked it up on their system and it showed they have 9 in stock and told me to go back to the plant section to request help. I went back to the same lady and told her that customer service sees 9 in stock and if she can help me find them. She responded very rudely and aggressively again saying they have none and refused to help. The only instance when she wanted to help was when i was already walking away due to her rude behavior. She followed me out of the store saying she can help but i was already disinterested by the way she treated me. I placed the order online and behold the order was FULFILLED thus indicating they DID have them in stock and the employee just didnt want to help and do her job. Refer to photos. I took my business to home depot instead and had them cancel my order. Will never shop here again.

    First time ever at Lowe’s .. worst experience, don’t even compare to Home Depot, nobody cared, nobody helped.. fire everyone.

    I needed some hose cut, So I found an associate. The associate said that they would find somebody. I waited for twenty minutes.No one showed. So then I took the hose to the service desk. The lady said I had to go back and wait for somebody to cut the hose. I left the hose at the service desk and walked out. Typical customer service for lowe's. You would think that a general contractor would be treated with a little bit better respect.

    I utilized this Lowes today for a few home improvement items. One of the items was an outdoor utility sink so I went into that particular area of the store where the sinks were and asked an associate (Paulette) where they were located. She went out of her way to show me the different sink options, explained to me what was included with the various sinks and the different options I had and the prices of accessories. In all the years I have shopped at that Lowes I have NEVER had an associate be so eager to assist me! That Lowes store should value Paulette and be very happy they have her representing their store.
