I never felt pressured into buying anything, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was how genuine he was. While I was filling out my financing information, we had such a great conversation. At a lot of retail stores, it can feel like the person helping you is just there to do their job and move on, but Sebastian truly made me feel like he cared about helping me find the right mattress and genuinely enjoyed what he does. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up with a mattress that I absolutely love. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit City Mattress!
