I had a Gorilla yard cart delivered to my house from an online order. It arrived dirty and rusted. I contacted customer service and talked to Heather, she stated that the carts are kept outside so thats what you get, with no apologies. She offered %10 off. I wouldn't want this at %75 off, it is junk. She said to bring it back to the store. It is sitting where it was delivered waiting to be picked up. Bad product with bad customer service. Thanks

The manager Jessica who also helps set the service counter is very rude and Unprofessional. Very sad to see Lowe's having somebody like this with this type of behavior representing their store and wearing their uniform.. most unprofessional associate I've ever dealt with in my life to say the least, I will not return to this Lowe's! I'll just start taking my business to Home Depot where they treat you like a customer and are friendly and there to meet your needs. Not talk down to you and treat you like your a problem. Trying to return an item that was purchased at their Lowe's but evidently they don't carry that product. Now they carry the other side which you can't even use unless you have the side that I bought and I didn't have the other side so I was trying to return it but they wouldn't let me and then come to find out that's because they don't sell that side no more. They sell the other side that I needed. So if you go by the other side you're going to return it because they don't sell the other side anymore and moral of the story you need both sides!! 🤣🤣🎯💯💯

Never use Lowes for any flooring project. The actual installer that came to my home told me It was measured incorrectly, by over measuring the area. As a result, I ended up buying a lot more carpet than what the project area needed. Specifically the Lowes representative that came to measure, he over measured the area, and specified seams in each of 3 rooms. The installer showed me the project sheet specifying multiple seams and therefore larger carpet material than needed, according to the actual installer. This caused a lot more carpet and padding needed for 3 rooms in our project. As a result I overpaid for carpet and padding needed for 3 rooms. Now I have a large carpet piece left over in my garage. This is absurd.
Furthermore I’m very disappointed with Lowe’s installation support team over the phone as they did not addressed my concerns nor responded to my request for refund for this over selling of carpet material. Their answer was that I purchased the material required and it’s normal to over estimate for additional material. Again, there is a large roll of material left in my garage. Is this normal? Remnants are normal but not a large roll of carpet, according to the installer that did the job (3rd party installer contractor).
Overall I’m extremely disappointed at Lowe’s. I trusted this store and flooring department for this project and ended up getting a lot of material left in my garage. There was a store sale at the time we ordered the carpet and im wondering if this is Lowes tactic to overestimate the area and get increased sale. I will never buy any other flooring service product from Lowe’s. Recommend to stay away from Lowes fir flooring project needs.
