After the week we’ve had, this was the diplomatic breakthrough I needed. While world leaders are meeting to discuss AI, tariffs, international trade, military communications, and whatever other terrifying phrase they can fit into a headline, Aaliyah was over here solving the REAL geopolitical crisis: me not knowing what size storage unit I needed. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to explain everything without making me feel like I had just been subpoenaed by Congress. This woman could probably negotiate peace between two countries. “Okay, you want the 10x10?” “YES.” “Perfect. Let’s get you taken care of.” Meanwhile, Washington: WE HAVE ENTERED A NEW ERA OF STRATEGIC TARIFF ESCALATION. Aaliyah: Here’s your access information. Have a great day. Frankly, I trust Aaliyah more than I trust most things I see on the news. And before anyone gets offended by that statement: yes, I understand that is an extremely low bar. My toaster has demonstrated stronger leadership qualities than several institutions currently making headlines. Also, it’s Florida, so I fully expect a hurricane to show up tomorrow, demand my storage unit, and then complain about the monthly rate. Through all of this, Aaliyah remains calm, helpful, and professional. 5 stars. This place just opened up and it was an amazing experience getting set up. Welcoming and helpful staff. Provided me all the information I needed and left no room for questions as they addressed everything. They have carts you can use to load up your things which is a HUGE plus and immediately had me sold apart from the cleanliness of the storage warehouse. Highly recommend!
