This is the first time I rented storage space. I rented a 10x10 online. The process was simple and easy to follow. I already had a lock so I didn’t need the one that was in the unit. Well, first of all I was having trouble sliding the catch over. I eventually went down to the office and the girl Took me by a unit and said sometimes you have to push down on the handle. Well, she knew what she was talking about and very helpful and courteous. That was a great experience for me. Nice employees there.

Ended up homeless and struggling to makes ends meet… have jobs but car issues at the same time… kayla was such a big help and made the whole process smooth and simple… helped me budget a little more with the payment price options and just made the whole thing worth the time ti go in and talk to her.
