  Item was damaged and CS said i could not exchange the item. I had to refund the item, go get a non damaged item and THEN go check out again. From a customer perspective, this was very poor customer service. I don't know who came up with that ridiculous policy. But there is no reason that you should have that policy.

  It's a home improvement store. To me on par with home depot. The store is pretty well laid out. Prices are pretty good. I like that some of the cash back websites have lowest in their list. Sam's over the years is Big home improvement stores have lost a lot of their specialty people. Back then a lot of the people working there were older and experienced professionals in a particular trade. That's not so much nowadays. Asking for help does not always get you someone that knows what they're talking about. Still if you need something to fix something in your house, they most likely have it. Today it's an essential store.

  When I couldn't find what I was looking for I asked one of the workers for help. She quickly looked it up - told me what aisle it was in and walked with me to the location and did not leave me till item was found. Also store was clean and so we're the restroom. Highly recommend Lowe's store.

  I am beyond disgusted by the treatment my husband and I received at this Lowe’s. We recently purchased our home and came in to buy supplies for our backyard and other home projects. From the moment we entered, we struggled to get assistance, were ignored by one employee, and then felt like we were being watched and followed around the store. As Black customers, being singled out in that way was humiliating and offensive. Whether Lowe’s wants to admit it or not, that is exactly how it felt. We were there to spend our money, not to be treated like suspects. The only positive part of our visit was the cashier in the garden center, who treated us with respect and made us feel like valued customers. I recorded parts of this experience and will be sharing my experience on social media because customers deserve to know how they may be treated when shopping here. Lowe’s corporate should take this seriously and review what occurred. No one should leave a store feeling profiled, embarrassed, or unwelcome. This store has permanently lost my business. 15:36:31 time of my transaction! DISGUSTING

  We have purchased two exterior doors from this store and had them i installed before. My wife and I recently had all 16 windows replaced with hurricane rated windows in the amount of 40 thousand. We decided to replace our front door with a new one and never thought we would run into a bull crap headache from this store. Appointment was made for 05-23-2026 in the morning arou d 10 for door measurement to be done. At 1 p.m. no show and no call nothing to say running late or anything. I called and asked to speak with the manager and after filling him in on what we were trying to accomplish and have done he does some research and tell me that they went to an address on file related to our business which was not given to them when Appointment was made. I asked how in the world when our business email address was used when it was not given and then to say OH that person is one of our top specialist we ha e in the store. Now as of 05-30-2026 receive a phone call and the person scheduled to come out says oh corporate won't allow us to do measurements and pull permits due to our home being a manufactured home and if they come out they could loose there job. What a load of bull crap guess Lowes and Homedepot haven't realized the extreme sizeable market of manufactured homes that exist in Florida in park's here. There is very little permitting required in Hillsborough County required. In fact the only thing requiring permits is roof replacement and Air Conditioning. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH LOWES and can't see doing any shopping or business with this company anymore since they see people who live in homes that are built in a controlled environment unlike site build homes that are left open and exposed to the elements like rain and such. Site built homes are exposed to mold growth and wood rot while there being built out in the open so tell me how well this statement makes those feel about there home exposing fact. They don't spray and treat site built homes that are openly exposed while being built with no chemicals for protection or anything. Just because we chose a manufactured home doesn't mean we can't afford a multi million dollar home either. As far as I am concerned lowes and the rest of these SO CALLED HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES CAN SHUT THERE DOORS AND BRING BACK INDEPENDENT COMPETITION which meant independent locations competed for business in a real business fashion. After this experience I rate LOWES 50 STARS NEGATIVE IN MY VIEW!!!
