I purchased a grill a week ago to be delivered fully assembled. I received multiple messages and emails confirming my delivery, and time window for delivery, only to wake up to an email the morning of the schedule delivery, saying that delivery will be pushed back another 3 days due to the grill not being assembled. Why send me all these confirmation messages if you never even assembled the damn grill? Why wasn't the grill assembled in a week's worth of time? I've never had an issue with this Lowe's location until now.

On May 5, 2026, I visited the Lowe's in Gibsonton, Florida to purchase plants and topsoil for my yard. When I walked over to put a few bags of soil in my cart, I noticed a lady was already there putting soil in her cart. As the two of us were loading bags into our carts, I noticed a Lowe's employee (Thomas)was standing right beside us. He did not offer to help us, he just watched. This is the customer service I received from my local Lowe's. What a horrible experience, clearly this employee needs to be trained to do his job properly. He should be helping people. I hope a member of management reads this review. Thank you for your time.

I wanted to recognize Marcus at Lowe’s for the outstanding customer service he provided while helping me with my plumbing project. From the moment I approached him, he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish, asked the right questions, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.
What really stood out was his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got the right parts and understood how everything would work together.
