  Ashley did an amazing job and she was personable. She was polite and kind. She was efficient with the time allotted for the clean and I am please with the service that I received. If I didn’t live out of state I would certainly use this company again and request Ashley. Thank you for your role in making a complicated situation a little easier.

  Highly recommend Busy Moms Cleaning! We've used them twice for move out cleaning and they have always done an amazing job. Definitely left it a lot cleaner than when we initially moved in! Special shout-out to Morgan, Ethan, Mariana & Jasmine, you guys did an outstanding job. Thank you for helping make our move-out less stressful!

  Please do your homework before hiring this company. Update 8/17/26. The company text me to ask if I am willing to remove the 1 star review for a $100 refund. My response included my opinion of this as a very shady business practice and felt the 1 star was warranted based on my experience. It’s been more than one month- no refund ever given. Update for anyone reading reviews trying to make a decision about this company: 7/27/26 I was pleasantly surprised with the Review Response posted here by the company. However, after emailing the company as instructed I have yet to receive further discount/refund or a reply. I’ve checked all my spam folders, perhaps I’m missing it somewhere. Just thought I’d share because the follow-up to correct the mistakes hasn’t happened. I picked this company based on reviews. I gave it an 1 star based on my recent experience. Only part of the job was completed, with lots of headaches along the way. The manager’s attempt to make it right was taking $100 off the total cost of a total deep clean. I asked for a deep clean and was told 2 cleaners would arrive at 8am and I’d pay by the hour 2 cleaners for 5 hrs based on house size. At 8:15am, one cleaner had just arrived and started to clean so I notified office only one cleaner arrived. I was told by office “both cleaners have checked in to state they’ve been cleaning your house since 8am.” I said if someone is being dishonest(claiming they were at my home cleaning when they were not) I don’t want them in my home and that’s what I told the 2nd cleaner who arrived at 8:45am. By 10:30 a new, 2nd cleaner arrived. I explained to the office my frustration with this and they offered to have cleaners stay longer. I explained I had a cutoff time as originally planned the house would be done in 5 hours and I had company coming over. Both cleaners left my house at 3pm without touching my living room, kitchen, back room, laundry room or half bathroom. When I asked one of the cleaners before leaving if she could get the spot out of my bathroom sink she said she couldn’t as she ran out of cleaning supplies and suggested I buy Zep product and a magic eraser and scrub it myself. I went back and forth with two people I assumed to be managers, Alexis Greene and Lamar. Lamar was reasonable and accommodating. He offered to have a second crew come out to finish the cleaning that was left untouched but I decided against having to go through the same situation, particularly after noticing toilets and showers that didn’t actually get a deep clean, which was the service I hired in addition to the fact I was leaving for vacation, I decided against having a different cleaning team come out. Alexis the manager only took $100 off the total despite all the main living areas of my house not being cleaned. I tipped the two cleaners 20%. They both spent a lot of time at my house complaining about the company Busy Mom Cleaning, how far they’re required to drive for work and the little pay they make for the amount of work they do. They were very disgruntled employees trying to hurry through a job and did work hard. I had hoped to hire Busy Mom Cleaners on a monthly basis after the deep clean, but the idea of having to deal with Alexis Green and her terrible attitude, lack of good judgement and customer service skills, I will not.
