  I contacted Busy Mom for a cleaning service and had to pay a $100 deposit. When the individual arrived, she took one look at the home, snapped a few pictures which he didn't share with me, which I presumed she sent to her boss, made a phone call, then told me she couldn't do any cleaning until I first did some cleaning myself. Later that day, I received an invoice requiring payment of an additional $140. But for what?

  This was our very first time hiring a house cleaner, and Mariana completely exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly detailed, thorough, and took great pride in her work. Every room was cleaned with care and attention to detail, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about doing an excellent job. Mariana was pleasant, respectful, professional, and treated our home as if it were her own. She didn’t rush through anything and made sure everything was done right. The quality of her work was exceptional, and our home has never looked better. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Mariana to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and meticulous housekeeper. We look forward to having her back again!   We called the last minute to get the house cleaned. Alexis called us right back. She sent you professional cleaners Leighia and Ceaser. The were polite and did an excellent service. We also added on getting our windows cleaned. I would call them again. Busy Moms Cleaning 🧹 I give six stars
