Eddie and Junior worked to replace a damaged chest and within four days had the item assembled and ready for delivery.
I received it this morning and it's in perfect condition.

I was at this location this evening in the washer/dryer area for approximately 20 minutes looking around different options. There were 3-4 employees hanging out by the register area and never asked us if we had any questions. One male employee in particular locked eyes with me twice and said nothing. You can tell by their body language that they didn't want to be bothered and would rather just hang out and speak with each other.
So, I didn't even bother to ask for help about a washing machine. You seen me and my family walking around and NO ONE cared to ask if we had any questions. We also came for smoke detectors... we put the smoke detectors back and left the store. We went across the street to Home Depot when we walked in a employee greeted us and gave us a cart. We went to the washer/dryer area and the ONE employee that was there immediately came to us and asked us do we need help. She was ready and willing to help. She was able to guide and show us around the different machines and even told us how to call a manufacturer number to help us with our broken washing machine. What a WORLD of a difference in customer service. Home Depot will definitely be my go to option here on out.
