Allison is amazing!! The facility is great not to mention this is my second location with extra space storage but without people like Allison it's just another storage unit. The experience at ExtraSpace storage was wonderful with super clean accommodations and really responsive staff and I had a great experience and any issues I had or questions were always handled promptly, especially with Allison the facility manager she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was handled professionally and with care!

I reserved a vehicle parking space online and was promptly called by Alison, after speaking with Alison, I drove to the extra space storage location to meet Alison in person and discuss parking space options.
She was courteous, professional, and straight forward.
Now I have a designated parking space for my vehicle.

My experience here was exceptional. The property manager, Allison took good care of me while I was a client there for over two years. She was friendly and prompt and always a pleasure to deal with. Communication was great. If I ever move back to the area, I would definitely do business here. The property is secure, clean and well-maintained. Also want to say thank you to TJ who helped me solve an issue in a professional manner.
