  I’ve been using Don at Spa Specialties since 2004 and was always very happy with the service. Even though it was a long drive to Wesley Chapel, he always fit me in. I knew the day would eventually come when he’d retire or tire of the drive, but I had hoped his son would take over the business. I recently reached out for service and he replied that he has moved north, and now only works the Crystal River area. He did refer me to someone else, but that technician is also based in New Port Richey. It’s understandable, but still disappointing to lose a great technician I always counted on! I appreciate all the great service over the years and wish him well.

  Looking to get a repair done on my swim spa, I contacted several spa repair specialists to compare prices. Spa Specialties were the lowest. Don came out and completed the repairs I needed. All done correctly, quickly and at a very reasonable price. A couple of months later, I broke a different valve on my swim spam. I called Don again and after I explained the issue, he was able to tell me exactly what I did and how to fix it. I did what he said, and I was able to get the spa up and running again with no problems. He could’ve easily come on out and charge me for the repair but instead he advised me and saved me money and time. That level of integrity is admirable!! Thank you Don. You are my go-to guy for all my spa repairs and will recommend Spa Specialties without hesitation. Thank you
